How long have you been in business?
JC Roofing opened its doors in 2012. While we are a new company , the experience that made the company possible was created over a 22 year period.
What is your primary product or service?
Primarily we are a roofing and waterproofing contractor. We also are licensed for siding and insulation. We are now offering snow removal services in the winter and skylight/sun tunnel installations.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I decided it was time to take my 22+ years of experience and start a new business. The slowdown in the economy was making it difficult for the larger companies with high overhead to operate. The job market for highly experienced journeymen with management experience became unstable. I took advantage of those 22+ years of experience I had built for myself and created JC Roofing Inc.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As a small business we can offer customers a more personalized experience. We do not want to just "sell" our customers a service, we want to build a relationship where our customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we are based in Reno, NV. We are servicing the northern Nevada market.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We prefer to go to our customers since it is their homes that will hope to make improvements on. We keep our administrative needs small which keeps our overhead small. thus eliminating the need for a store.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment.
Which areas do you service?
All of northern Nevada.

Jeffrey McFall is the president of JC Roofing Inc.
