A safe place for college students
Just 2/10th's of a mile from the UNR Federal Justice Building, graduate studies, and undergrad classes, We're so close there's no need to stand and wait for a shuttle, here. Residents can walk, bike, or drive to campus.
Our townhouses have five individually leased rooms (live with your friends!), and a complete kitchen with full-sized applicances: dishwasher, microwave, oven, range, refrigerator, private, large, locking pantries, and even full-sized washer and dryer (no hoofing it through the rain, or snow, or dark-of-night to the local laundromat). Yes, we have air conditioning, and it doesn't cost a fortune to run!
Each townhouse even has backyard areas for the occasional barbecue, or studying under the trees. We include free cable, local phone, water and sewer, plus espresso, coffee, tea, and cyber bar in the club-house. All you pay for is rent and split the gas and electric you use with your housemates.
Allergies? Our central vacuum systems in each house not only make cleaning up easier, they trap all particles in the tank, which we maintain.
Moving from a distant city and don't want to haul your bed and desk? No problem: we can furnish these, free of charge, as long as you apply early enough (subject to availability).
We keep your homelife simple, because we know college is tough enough.
