How long have you been in business?
I have been in the Life and Health Insurance business for 27 Years.
What is your primary product or service?
My primary products are Individual and Group Life and Health Insurance including Medicare Supplement Plans, Medicare Advantage Plans, Prescription Drug Plans, Major Medical Plans. I also specialize in senior life products, such as, Wealth Transfer Plans and Life Insurance with Long Term Care benefits.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Because of a relocation from Oregon to Reno in 1990 it was time to find a new occupation as well. I have always wanted to have my own business and a friend suggested looking into insurance. It sounded interesting so I checked into it and found a fit. The rest is history.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
There are many insurance agents you can go to in the Reno / Sparks area. In order to earn and keep your business I have to provide superior service on a personal level. That's what I try to do. If you want an agent who is just a voice on the other end of the phone that you will never know, I'm not your guy. If you want someone who cares about you, I'm the agent you want.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
My office is conveniently located on Kietzke Lane just North of the Olive Garden. I've been there for the past 17 years.

Where Kietzke Lane crosses Virginia by the Olive Garden turn North on Kietzke. My office is located in the Kietzke Plaza office complex at 4600 Kietzke Lane, Suite A-105 which is the building on the South side of the complex closest to the Olive Garden.
What type of payments do you accept?
Most of the insurance companies I deal with accept all forms of payment except cash.
Which areas do you service?
My main service area is Northern Nevada and Eastern California. I have clients in several states including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Texas, North Dakota and Virginia.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the sole owner owner of my agency.
What are your hours of operation?
My normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm but I will happily meet you outside of those hours.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
