Factory built housing - manufactured (formerly known as mobile homes) and modular homes
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started in land development for the manufactured home products. Then became a full service dealer in order to better serve our customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Firstly, we are a Nevada owned company. We are not some huge corporation with a thousand rules, policy's and internal regulations. All decisions are made in one office and ultimately by one person. If something isn't right then we can in fact make it right without going through layers of corporate approvals. We are a full service dealership and we are really good at what we do - the fact that we are the only dealer remaining in the Reno market should say a lot about our company and our way of doing business.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Two Locations 1) 990 Glendale Ave, Sparks, NV 2) 3245 Fountain Way, Winnemucca, NV (775) 625-4400

Sparks - Take I-580 (Hwy 395) to Glendale exit. Go East on Glendale about 1/2 mile past Rock Blvd Winnemucca - Take Winnemucca Blvd and turn East on Potato/Fountain Way. Go to the top of the hill (across from Burger King).
What type of payments do you accept?

Which areas do you service?
Mostly Northern Nevada and Northern California, but for special projects we have gone as far away as Alaska. Essentially, we will work just about anywhere.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Company is owned and operated by a local (native nevadan) family.
What are your hours of operation?
9 am - 5 pm M-F 10 am - 4 pm Saturday 11 am - 4 pm Sunday (Closed in Winnemucca)
